Supply of medium-voltage equipment and power transformers; manufacture of low-voltage and SCADA panels; field testing and commissioning. Equipment selection and delivery scope are defined for each project.
Cubicle functions are selected from the single-line diagram. Our supply portfolio includes modular MV switchgear, concrete and metal substations, cable terminations, protection relays, rectifiers, power cables and auxiliary equipment.

Incoming and outgoing feeders, circuit-breaker protection, transformer protection, metering and generator applications are matched to busbar layout, current and short-circuit requirements.
For European projects, availability of an SF₆-free model is verified for the requested voltage level and function. The insulation medium and conformity documents are stated in the offer.
Concrete or metal enclosures are planned according to internal layout, ventilation, earthing and site installation conditions.
Metal Clad construction uses earthed metal partitions and withdrawable switching devices. Modular Metal Enclosed cubicles have cable/switching, busbar, mechanism and LV control compartments. Select functions against the single-line diagram.
Earlier detail page (Turkish) →Concrete units provide compact MV and LV distribution compartments. Steel enclosures may be supplied empty or equipped, depending on site and transport needs; mobile options can be evaluated.
Earlier detail page (Turkish) →Older RMU and Metal Enclosed pages describe SF₆-insulated models. For European SF₆-free requirements, verify the insulation medium and conformity of the currently offered model in its technical file.
Earlier detail page (Turkish) →Four sample cubicle views selected by the single-line diagram. Model ratings and interlocks are verified in the offer file.

The photograph shows a representative MV cubicle only. Verify the offered model’s insulation medium and gas status in its technical file.

Coordinate MV, transformer and LV compartments, ventilation and cable entry with site requirements.

Cable rating, termination and protection interfaces are specified for the chosen products. Cable and glove images are illustrative.

We supply hermetically sealed oil-filled, conservator and dry-type transformers according to project conditions. HV/LV ratio and power rating are defined in the enquiry for each application.
The sealed-tank design is assessed together with installation space, losses, cooling and maintenance approach.
Options with a conservator system to accommodate changes in oil volume and temperature.
Indoor installation, facility safety, ventilation, temperature monitoring and protection requirements are considered.
For PV applications in particular, LV output is selected together with inverter, cable, panel and protection coordination.

Voltage ratio, power rating, frequency, impedance, no-load/load losses, cooling and test scope are confirmed for the proposed model.
Oil is kept in a sealed tank, with thermal expansion accommodated by corrugated tank walls. Available space and maintenance planning guide selection.
Earlier detail page (Turkish) →Cast-resin windings and air cooling options suit selected indoor uses. Verify ventilation, environmental conditions and fire classification in the model file.
Earlier detail page (Turkish) →Sealed oil-filled, conservator and dry-type designs are assessed against rating, voltage ratio, losses and cooling.

Panel scope follows the single-line diagram, short-circuit level, environmental conditions and maintenance access. Mekay Energy covers electrical design, assembly, wiring, labelling and functional checks before delivery.

Main and sub-distribution, PV AC collection and 400/800 V AC applications.

Motor control and power factor correction panels with protection, control and metering functions.

Compact protection and distribution solutions for detached homes and small commercial rooftops.
Floor-standing, indoor, outdoor and wall-mounted enclosures; ingress protection, sheet-metal construction and compartmentation are determined by project and enclosure series.
Indoor or outdoor conditions, enclosure rating, busbar and breaker layout, fault level and maintenance access guide design. PV AC and 800 V uses require component suitability checks.
Earlier detail page (Turkish) →Reactive-power demand, step arrangement, metering and harmonic conditions are considered together. Capacitors, reactors and protection follow site measurements and project inputs.
Earlier detail page (Turkish) →Indoor, outdoor and control enclosures are selected by IP rating and project layout.

Confirm 800 V AC suitability of breakers, busbars, metering and protection against inverter and transformer arrangement.

Motor feeders, starting and control, plus reactive-power steps and harmonics, are evaluated separately.

Compact protection, metering and connection follow the inverter and grid requirements.

RTU/PLC, communications, control panels and SCADA displays are designed together. Measurements, alarms, status and control signals are tested and commissioned at PV plants.

I/O plan, RTU/PLC, industrial network, router, power supply and cyber access boundaries are defined by the project specification.
Field protocols, telemetry and DSO interfaces are verified against an agreed signal list.
FAT/SAT, point-by-point data checks, alarm and command scenarios, followed by documented handover.
1.5 GW+ of SCADA installation experience refers to the combined installed capacity of the relevant PV plants.
I/O lists, DC supply, networks and terminals are aligned with the site architecture.

Measurements and tests for MV switchgear, transformers, LV panels and automation are recorded according to the project acceptance procedure. Technical support is planned around operational needs.
Physical installation, cable connections, labelling, earthing and document conformity.
Relay settings, interlocks, I/O signals and site operating scenarios.
Measurement results, punch list, corrective actions, acceptance and operational handover.

Functional and signal checks are documented against the manufacturer files and acceptance procedure.

Remote support and on-site inspection are scoped to the service agreement and site needs.
